High season 2025:
- April 25th to May 5th, 2025
- July 4th to September 1th, 2024
- December 19th to January 5th, 2026

Note: Other dates outside the specified week/midweek/weekend are negotiable if possible.

 

The quoted prices include:
VAT, electricity and water, WIFI, bed, bath and kitchen textiles, dishwashing tablets/detergent.

The quoted prices exclude:
- Mandatory final cleaning fee of €45 (Otter), €40 (Grote Vuurvlinder), € 30 (Libelle)
- Tourist tax of € 2,20 pp per night
- Reserved breakfast supplies which we will set up in the refrigerator: €10,= pp per breakfast
- Charging an electric bike: €1,50 per charge.

- Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on the day of arrival. Other times can be arranged
- On the day of departure, we say goodbye before 11:00 am
- Pets are not allowed
- The entire property is non-smoking
- There is parking available on the premises
- Charging an electric car is not allowed: there is a public charging station 1,5 km away
- We would like to know a week before your stay whether you would like a stocked refrigerator with breakfast items and any dietary preferences you may have.
