High season 2023:
- April 28th to May 8th, 2023
- June 30th to September 4th, 2023
- October 13th to October 23rd, 2023
- December 22nd to January 8th, 2024

Note: Other dates outside the specified week/midweek/weekend are negotiable if possible.

 

The quoted prices include:
VAT, electricity and water, WIFI, bed, bath and kitchen textiles, dishwashing tablets/detergent.

The quoted prices exclude:
- Mandatory final cleaning fee of €45 (Otter/Grote Vuurvlinder)
- Tourist tax of €1,10 per person per night
- Reserved breakfast supplies which we will set up in the refrigerator. Please inquire with us about the possibilities.
- Charging an electric bike (€1.50 per charge).

- Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on the day of arrival. Other times can be arranged
- On the day of departure, we say goodbye before 10:00 am
- Pets are not allowed
- The entire property is non-smoking
- There is parking available on the premises
- Charging an electric car is not allowed: there is a public charging station 1,5 km away
- We would like to know a week before your stay whether you would like a stocked refrigerator with breakfast items and any dietary preferences you may have.
